What’s the Process for Applying for DACA?

Applying for DACA can take some time since there’s a seven-page application. With the completed form, there must also be documents confirming the applicant meets all the guidelines to apply. If the applicant has a job, then there’s also a worksheet for the employer to fill out. Once the application and needed documents are in order, applicants will receive an appointment at their local support center, while USCIS does a background check.
